I loved how beautifully decorated the hotel was, with its elegant furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The public areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people like myself to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility for seniors, with ramps and elevators available throughout the premises, making it convenient to navigate the hotel.

It would have been even better if the staff had been more attentive and accommodating to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed unaware of the specific requirements older guests may have, such as needing assistance with luggage or offering additional support.

The location was marvellous - close enough to SPA centre and aquapark, and restaurants, children playground and more. I came across The House, it was not too far away from the hotel, offered nice shots;)))

The spa facilities were great, with various pools and saunas to relax in. The dinner was delicious, with a lot of local food and wines to try. The hotel location was very convenient, close to the main Christmas market and the shopping area.
